Christ Church was transformed into a superhero training academy for the day to celebrate World Book Day 2018. We created our own class comic strip, designed superhero capes based on our class value of forgiveness, took some superhero selfies andwalked the catwalk. Most importantly, we enjoyed lots of READING!
4S worked very hard to put together an assembly all about our class value - Forgiveness. We performed our assembly to the whole school! We told the story of Zaccheus to demonstrate how Jesus forgave his sins. We also shared what forgiveness means to each of us and how it is important to forgive one another as God forgives us.
We were lucky to welcome a very special visitor into 4S. Father Christmas took time from his very busy schedule to drop by at Christ Church!
He kindly answered lots of questions and even brought all of the children a Christmas treat. Thanks, Father Christmas!
