'Art and Crafts' Christmas Fair
A successful Christmas Fair was to be enjoyed by all on Monday December 18th 2017.
Class 3D's contributions to the fair included a variety of Christmas cards, tree decorations made from lollyice sticks and reindeer Christmas gift bags.
Children used their Art and Design Technology skills and worked hard all week to get items ready for selling.
Do you want to build a snowman?
On Tuesday 27th February 2018, all children took advantage of the recent snowfall and participated in building snowmen or snowladies! Great fun was had by all!
World Book Day 2018
Our theme for 'World Book Day 2018' was 'Superhero Readers'.
During the day we had a catwalk parade in our Superhero costumes, read and performed 'Superhero' poems and designed a cape and mask for a 'Superhero' based on our Year group value of 'Trust'.
We decided to call our value superhero 'Captain Trustworthy'.
During the day, some children were even sent on 'Superhero' missions such as meeting and enjoying a drink and cake with local community superheroes, reading to and stroking 'Superhero' dogs, reading Superhero books and comics in the school library, participating in a 'Superhero Bootcamp', and making 'Superhero Smoothies'.
